Committed to gender and equal opportunities

At EOS Spain, people are the driving force behind our business, being them the protagonists of our projects and those who allow us to achieve excellence in our day-to-day work.

We have an Equality Plan in force since January 2020 that applies to our work centres located in Spain.

This Plan, on the one hand, has the general objective of guaranteeing equal treatment and opportunities between men and women in access, selection, hiring, promotion, training, remuneration and other working conditions and integrating gender mainstreaming in all areas of management. In order to achieve the general objective, specific objectives have been defined for each area of action, as follows:

  • Recruitment/selection
  • Promotion and training
  • Reconciliation of professional, family and personal life and use of time.
  • Salary remuneration
  • Sexual or gender-based harassment
  • Risk prevention and occupational health and safety
  • Corporate culture, communication and advertising.
In addition, since June 2020, we have an equality committee whose objectives are:

  • To ensure compliance with the principle of equal treatment and opportunities for women and men.
  • To actively participate in carrying out the diagnosis and, once finalised, to proceed to its approval.
  • To draw up and approve the Equality Plan.
  • To encourage the dissemination of the Plan and promote its correct implementation.
Our commitment to equal opportunities and gender equality implies that we continue to adopt specific measures and actions to guarantee equality between men and women in all professional areas, contributing to the construction of a fairer and more egalitarian society.
