The main mission of the position will be to defend the interests of the company in the legal proceedings of the assigned portfolio under the supervision of the person in charge.

What will be your functions? 

  • To carry out the legal defence of the procedures followed by and against EOS in relation to claims for payment, contractual nullities, retractions and claims for infringement of the right to honour.

  • Attending hearings and hearings.

  • Analysing, assessing viability and processing, where appropriate, appeals against resolutions issued by the Court.

  • Negotiate out of court with the opposing party's lawyers.

We are looking for a CTI Engineer to join the Digital Transformation team. Your mission will be to install, maintain and develop improvements in the CTI applications that integrate the Contact Centre, including telephony and communications platform, as well as the rest of the channels.

What will be your functions? 

  • Act as an operations interlocutor when creating campaigns and making changes to them.
  • Analyze requirements and establish deadlines for campaign creation.
  • Work together with operations to create dashboards and reports related to contact operations. 
  • Work with other teams to integrate with third party solutions.
What are the job requirements?

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or similar. 
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in management of CTI, ACD or similar tools. 
  • Knowledge of technological services. 
  • Proven experience in different programming languages. 
  • Experience in creation and administration of Contact Center campaigns. 
  • Technical experience in Contact Center tools administration (AVAYA, Altitude, Presence, ICR Evolutio, Aspect, Genesys, Asterisk,...).

What will be your functions as AI Software Developer? 

  • Design and develop algorithms and models for machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, decision making and robotics, providing solutions to natural language problems.
  • Collect, process and analyse large amounts of data to train and improve AI models. 
  • Implement and maintain AI systems in production environments. 
  • Optimise the performance of AI systems to maximise efficiency and accuracy. 
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as data scientists or software engineers to create complete AI solutions. 
  • Ethical development: consider important aspects when developing AI products, such as privacy, algorithmic bias, or transparency to ensure that this technology is used in a fair, responsible and beneficial way.

For this, we need to incorporate to our Secured team a person in the position of Eviction Lawyer, who will be in charge of the judicial management of the assigned portfolio, in collaboration with the rest of the team members.

Responsibilities and functions:

  • Lead legal proceedings from start to finish.
  • Manage criminal and civil proceedings to recover possession of illegally occupied properties. 
  • Define and implement procedural strategy. 
  • Prepare and draft legal briefs.
  • Coordinate teams of external lawyers, in order to ensure the proper progress of proceedings. 
  • Ensure that the necessary legal measures are taken to minimize time to asset. 
  • Evaluate the legal viability of the matters consulted, as well as proposals for legal proceedings, including cost/risk analysis.
  • Control and forecast costs in the processing of proceedings.

  • Law Degree.

Responsibilities and functions:

  • Know the assigned portfolio and manage it dynamically and efficiently.
  • To carry out the optimal strategy, trying to minimise the time and costs of recovering possession. 
  • To elaborate agreements and present resolution proposals. 
  • Work in collaboration with other areas for the best resolution of cases. 
  • Achieve the targets established for the portfolio. 
  • Define, apply and permanently update judicial levers, especially in criminal and civil proceedings for recovery of possession. 
  • Keeping the various instruments of the mortgage market up to date.
