The main mission of the position will be to defend the interests of the company in the legal proceedings of the assigned portfolio under the supervision of the person in charge.
What will be your functions?
To carry out the legal defence of the procedures followed by and against EOS in relation to claims for payment, contractual nullities, retractions and claims for infringement of the right to honour.
Attending hearings and hearings.
Analysing, assessing viability and processing, where appropriate, appeals against resolutions issued by the Court.
Negotiate out of court with the opposing party's lawyers.

We are looking for a CTI Engineer to join the Digital Transformation team. Your mission will be to install, maintain and develop improvements in the CTI applications that integrate the Contact Centre, including telephony and communications platform, as well as the rest of the channels.
What will be your functions?
Act as an operations interlocutor when creating campaigns and making changes to them.
Analyze requirements and establish deadlines for campaign creation.
Work together with operations to create dashboards and reports related to contact operations.
Work with other teams to integrate with third party solutions.
What are the job requirements?
Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or similar.
