in A Coruña / Madrid

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team, someone who is passionate about designing and developing advanced solutions for process automation, data analysis, and informed decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust Python solutions to automate and optimise processes.
  • Apply Data Science techniques to analyse data, identify patterns, and generate insights. 
  • Build data pipelines, ETL processes, and system integrations. 
  • Integrate predictive analytics, classification, or optimisation models into production environments. 
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) in use cases such as:
    • Text processing and analysis.
    • Automating workflows with unstructured information.
    • Internal assistants and process support tools. 
    • Collaborate with IT, Data and business teams.

What are we looking for?

  • Solid experience in Python.
  • Knowledge of Data Science (data analysis, modelling, cleansing, and preparation).
  • Experience with libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn or similar. 
  • API integration, experience with SQL/NoSQL, databases, and Git.
  • A solution-oriented mindset focused on productive and scalable solutions.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Nice to have:
    • Practical experience with LLMs and/or NLP.
    • Deployment of models or analytical components in production.
    • Knowledge of MLOps or Cloud environments.

We are looking to recruit an Accounting Technician to join our Finance team. We're seeking a skilled individual capable of performing a variety of routine calculation, accounting, and verification tasks to generate primary financial data for maintaining accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Classify, record, and summarise numerical and financial data to compile and maintain financial records, utilising journals and ledgers.
  • Verify figures, entries, and documents to ensure correct input, mathematical accuracy, and appropriate coding.
  • Perform financial calculations such as amounts due, interest charges, balances, discounts, capital, and principal.
  • Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records.
  • Access computerised financial information to answer general queries and those related to specific accounts.
  • Calculate, prepare, and issue receipts, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements in accordance with established procedures.
  • Prepare statistical, financial, accounting, or audit reports and charts on matters such as cash income, expenses, accounts payable and receivable, and profit and loss.
  • Prepare trial balances.

Job requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience within a financial administration department, performing accounting duties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with familiarity with accounting software packages (e.g., SAP) being an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets and financial reporting.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial; the role requires meticulousness, organisation, and thoroughness in completing tasks.
  • A cooperative and good-natured attitude for teamwork.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
  • Educational background in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or a Vocational Qualification (FP) in Administration and Finance, or similar.

We are looking for a Team Leader for the Claims team within our Procedural department. This role involves leading, motivating, and supporting a group of legal professionals, ensuring the achievement of quality, efficiency, and performance objectives for the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the guidelines and strategies defined by the Team Manager to your team.
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations, processes, and standards within the Claims department.
  • Manage daily planning: attendance, shifts, holidays, and service coverage.
  • Oversee team tasks: case monitoring, quality of management, and record-keeping.
  • Analyse team KPIs, propose action plans, and report periodically.
  • Conduct performance reviews, foster communication, and provide continuous feedback.
  • Provide support on complex cases requiring advanced legal expertise.
  • Escalate issues and propose improvements to optimise department operations.
  • Review and validate negotiations, agreements, and other procedural actions undertaken by the team.

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience leading teams in a legal/procedural setting.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Judicial debt recovery management.
    • Procedural rules and processes.
    • Standard office software at user level.
  • A Degree in Law.
  • Intermediate English language skills (desirable).
