Atram Asset II, S.L.
Atram Asset II, S.L. is a real estate lender which operates in the national loan market and is therefore under the supervision of the Bank of Spain. Its main activity consists on the acquisition of credit portfolios from financial institutions for its subsequent management (aimed at debt recovery), without prejudice to the possibility of carrying out other activities such as granting loans and/or credits with mortgage guarantees, among others.

Saúl González, Managing Director of EOS Spain since 2025, where he heads up the company's unsecured business line. With a strong background in the financial sector, Saúl is an expert in the acquisition and management of unsecured portfolios. He brings over 25 years of professional experience in finance and operations, which, combined with his innovative approach, has enabled him to drive and develop various projects from management positions.
Jorge Ortega, Managing Director of EOS Spain since 2023, has joined the team to drive the growth of the Secured line and help meet the increasing demands of the Spanish market. Over the past 14 years, Jorge has accumulated international experience in the sector through companies such as Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, and Atmira Capital, a subsidiary of CPPIB.
José Miguel Vázquez, Financial Director, has been with the company since 1999. Previously, he worked for Pastor Serfin and Locamo Controle de Crédito in Portugal. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Santiago de Compostela, in Galicia.
Marta Pereiro, People & CCM Director at EOS Spain since 2020, is passionate about people management and has over 15 years of experience in prestigious companies. During these years, Marta has led strategies for identifying, attracting and retaining talent, as well as training, organization and transformation projects. Additionally, she is speaker at various business schools.
Carlos Otero, Data & Valuations Director, joined EOS Spain in July 2022. He has a solid background in the sector, backed by over 10 years of experience, and is an expert in financial matters and portfolio valuation. His analytical approach and ability to work in dynamic environments have led him to work for companies such as HAYA Real Estate, Finsolutia and Crédit Agricole CIB.
