We keep growing at EOS Spain. That is why we seek to incorporate 1 person for the Lawyer position to join our Secured team in Madrid, whose mission will be to carry out the judicial management of the assigned portfolio, in collaboration with the Asset Manager.

What will be your responsibilites? 

• Lead legal proceedings from start to finish.
• Manage foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings.
• Assessing the legal viability of matters consulted and proposing legal proceedings.
• Control and forecast costs in the handling of proceedings.
• Ensure that the necessary legal measures are taken to minimise time to asset.

What do we need from you?

• Law Degree.
• At least three years' experience in a similar position.
• Solid legal knowledge.
• Intermediate level of English (B1).
