We keep growing at EOS Spain. That is why we seek to incorporate 2 people for the position of Asset Manager to join our Secured team in Madrid. The mission will be to establish a relationship of trust with customers to reach an agreement beneficial to both parties. 

What will be your responsibilites? 

• Know the assigned portfolio and manage it in a dynamic and efficient way. 
• Carry out the optimal strategy, trying to maximise debt recovery. 
• Develop agreements and present resolution proposals. 
• Work in collaboration with other areas for the best resolution of cases. 
• Achieve the targets set for the portfolio.
• Define, apply and update the judicial levers, especially in the mortgage and insolvency processes.

What do we need from you?

• Law Degree.
• At least two years' experience in a similar position.
• Solid legal knowledge.
• Intermediate level of English (B1).
