We are looking for a person for the position of REO Conversion who would be part of the Secured team. Your mission will be to provide administrative and management support in the process of transforming collateral into REOs.

What will be your functions as REO Conversion? 

  • Collaborate in the real estate asset management cycle.
  • Provide assistance to the teams for the correct monitoring of the correct management of the portfolios.
  • Legal Clean Up
  • Follow-up of the inscriptions of the assets in the Land Registry started by the Closing team.
  • Management of property owners' associations.
  • Tax management.
  • Validation of registrations.
  • Co-ordination with the management company.
  • Invoicing control.
  • Control of the consumption of provisions and their correct return.
  • Liaison with the Finance team for the control of supplies and expenses.
  • Receipt of original documentation after registration + inventorying and sending for storage + digitalisation and uploading to systems.
  • Physical Clean Up
  • Follow-up of the possessions scheduled by the Closing team.
  • Verification of the asset's cleaning work.
  • Receipt, review and digitalisation of the first occupancy report.
  • Receipt and inventory of keys.
  • Technical Clean Up
  • Assistance in the review and monitoring of CAPEX works.
  • Assistance in the quality control of publications & assisting the REO Manager to coordinate and prepare the publication process.
What are the job requirements?

  • Bachelor´s degree.
  • Intermediate level of English. 
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the real estate servicing sector and/or similar position.
  • Office automation at user level.
