We are looking for a Real Estate Asset Manager to join the Secured area of EOS Spain. Your mission will be to be the reference within the company's real estate management process, organising the different business areas -both internal and with external suppliers-, with the aim of marketing and/or exploiting the real estate assets/assets (NPLs and REOs) of the portfolios under management.
What will your functions be?
- Coordinate, together with the internal areas, all previous and necessary actions for the marketing and sale/rent of the assets under management.
- Coordinate and carry out the different tasks with external suppliers, optimising time and assigned resources.
- Propose strategies for the marketing of real estate assets, with a view to the fulfilment of the Business Plan.
- Analyse, monitor and report dynamically and proactively.
- Protect the interests of the company in all aspects involved in the sale and/or rental of real estate assets.
- Coordinate the legal and technical clean-up teams for the market launch of the assigned assets.
- Follow up on those properties in operation and for sale, with the aim of meeting deadlines in rental, leasing, deposit, purchase and sale contracts, etc.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Architecture or similar.
- Intermediate level of English. German is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of the Spanish real estate market, both in residential assets and CRE, Land, WIPs, etc.
- Previous experience in Facility Management and marketing.
- Ability for teamwork, organisation, planning and negotiation.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
