At EOS Spain, we are looking to incorporate a Procedural Agent in our office in Madrid to strengthen our enforcement team in the Procedural area.  

The main mission will be to manage and provide administrative support for the legal enforcement procedures initiated by the company to recover its own unpaid debts or those of its clients.

What will be your functions? 

• Managing enforcement procedures from claim initiation to full debt satisfaction (including responding to judicial requests, asset investigations, interest and cost calculations).
• Handling large volumes of cases.
• Reporting and analyzing case tracking and results.
• Coordinating with out-of-court management to ensure successful case completion.
• Collaborating with lawyers and other legal stakeholders.
• Recording all actions in the system and ensuring data quality.

What are the job requirements?

• Minimum Education: Advanced vocational training (Administration, Management, or similar).
• Key Skills: Legal knowledge in civil processes, particularly in enforcement.
• Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law is a plus.
• Experience: 2 years in enforcement procedures and claims for payment.
