What will your duties be?

In both cases, your main mission will be to receive, interpret and qualify the corresponding court decisions, as well as to control and monitor the scheduling of hearings and trials. 

What will be your functions? 

  • Manage notifications of a procedural nature.
  • Classifying judicial decisions and reading them. 
  • Attending to any queries, notifications, or requests to Courts and/or Professionals, as well as the appropriate procedures with each one of them. 
  • To file pleadings and lawsuits telematically and provide support to the parties involved in the proceedings. 
  • To report to your manager any incident, as well as any situation that may affect the proper functioning of the area. 

In addition, as a Procura Senior Agent you will serve as a technical reference to your team, providing them with support for any doubts that may arise or any technical updates they may require.  

What are the job requirements?

In both cases: 

  • Knowledge of judicial procedures and procedural law.
