We are looking for a motivated People Technician (HR Generalist) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow, contribute ideas, and get involved in global projects.

What will be your functions? 

• Assisting with recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Building relationships with universities, educational institutions, and internship programmes.
• Supporting HR administration: contracts, payroll, and social security.
• Coordinating occupational health and safety with our external provider.
• Helping with training management and funding applications.
• Contributing to the development of employee development plans.
• Handling employee queries and supporting their experience within the company.
• Managing our HR system (Factorial).
• Collaborating on international projects with other EOS Group countries.

What are the job requirements?

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong English language skills.
• At least 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• A collaborative, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
