We are looking for dedicated individual to join our Secured team as Facility Management Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct technical, operational and regulatory management of the real estate assets within our portfolios. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensively manage the Facility Management services for assets, ensuring their proper functioning and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate all licensing procedures, permits, construction plans, and regulatory requirements with public administrations (City Councils, Regional Governments).
• Oversee the work of external providers, optimising timelines, costs, and service quality.
• Conduct technical assessments, create budgets, analyse economic impact, and prepare reports on the status and potential of properties.
• Collaborate with the team in decision-making regarding the assets.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in related positions, technical building management, or real estate asset management.
• Experience in administrative processing with City Councils or Regional Governments.
• Knowledge of technical asset valuation and construction project control.
• Understanding of urban planning regulations, licenses, habitability, changes of use, and regional technical requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical documentation.
• Budgeting, cost analysis, and measurements.
• Nice to have:
  • Additional training in Facility Management or urban planning regulations.
  • Intermediate level of English.
